OPELOUSAS, LA -- The St. Landry Parish School District will expand in-person learning options to students in eighth and eleventh grade who are currently following a hybrid schedule and students with significant complex needs (LEAP Connect students). These students will begin daily in-person learning Wednesday, February 17, 2021. These students will be going to school five days a week. Students in grades 6, 7, 9, and 10 will continue following the hybrid A/B schedule.
St. Landry Parish Virtual Learning Academy (SLPVLA) 8th and 11th graders have the option to return to face-to-face instruction, while students not wishing to return to in-person learning can choose to opt-in to SLPVLA.
